At Be in a Tree, we want you to feel as free as a bird in our garments; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sustainable mailer, ensuring all original tags are securely attached.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return at the warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
